Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow [24 Hours] to process your order. Expect an email within [24 hours] to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders placed before [05:00 PM] during store hours [10:00 am - 05:00 pm] will be packed the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be packed the next day we are open.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with real-time tracking
information.

Delivery TimeFrame
Your Order will be delivered within 3-5 Business Days after it is dispatched.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within [24 Hours] using [Delhivery or XpressBees]. Flat rate shipping fee of [59] applies to orders shipping to Pan India. Optional: We do not ship outside of India at this time.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 3 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@jewelma.com with your order number and an unboxing video of the order. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
